Baptized in honor of the famous Portuguese navigator who discovered the route to India, the MS Vasco de Gama sails on the Douro. It allows you to admire unique landscapes, sculpted by nature and shaped by men, all along an enchanted valley where was born in particular the famous Port wine. Completely renovated. in 2014, the MS Vasco de Gama is a 4-anchor boat. human dimension, measuring 75 meters long and 11.40 meters wide. It can accommodate 138 passengers, in 71 cabins arranged on three decks. Each of the cabins, ranging in size from 11 to 12.50 m2, has all the amenities and offers the best living conditions. The majority cabins are located on the upper deck and have large windows. Those on the middle and main decks have large windows. The decoration is neat and its atmosphere, both elegant and friendly, is in perfect harmony with its environment. The yellow tones are reminiscent of the sun that bathes the area and give the boat a pleasant feeling of light. Located at main deck level, the restaurant, where are served all meals during the trip, offers delicate cuisine in a refined setting, where; large windows allow you to fully enjoy the panorama. On the middle deck is the lounge bar with dance floor. On the sun deck, an ideal place to relax and admire the scenery, passengers can enjoy a swimming pool and comfortable deckchairs, as well as a large shaded area.
